Temari #3
This Temari is called rainbow, I really like the colours, so bright against the black base. Its a double 8 division, still haven't mastered the vocab in temari world... But having fun learning. This was supposed to be a 4 inch ball but I managed a 3 inch ball, hence less black can be seen. Apparently the more the divisions, the bigger your ball has to be.
I saw a great jar at Ikea a few months back, I think its time to visit the store and get it!

Temari #2
My second temari, made during children's piano lesson, started as something else , made a mistake so found my own pattern. I am sure there is a name for it but being a novice I don't know it. Nevertheless a good learning ball.

My first temari
Here it is .... my first Temari! Be warned its addictive, no sooner than I finished it I wanted to start another but it was already 2 am! I am absolutely facinated by it and want to try new designs, perhaps even manage a complicated one eventually.
